Winter fly fishing in Biscayne Bay and Everglades NP is not in many people's radar yet it is sooooo productive it should be Illegal. Bonefish, Permit, redfish, snook, tarpon, black drum, bluefish, mackerel, speckled sea trout, ladyfish, tripletail, cobia, jacks and many other species are ever present. The winds sometimes makes it difficult to cast but there are gazillions of spots on the lee side of keys, Islands and structure where you can find comfort and catch a lot of fish. This winter is no exception and we had 70 + fish days even with strong winds.
