The streams and lakes are still frozen all over the country so I sat down by my vise and started tying like a crazy! This is not the first time i've tied a pike fly on a tube, but it is surely one of my best patterns/colors for clearwater pike! The fly is about 20 cm long and swim extactly like a harmed fish underwater. The fly does not weigh anything, but it still sinks quite fast because of the materials and a little bit of tungsten (just to get a jigging action) I would use a Tiemco TCM 8089 Bass bug hook for this fly and turn so it has the point of the hook pointing up!You can easily tie this in differnt colors for your fishing and I'll swear! This FLY CATCH FISH!
