Hold the tip that was tuned EVA in the eye of the hook.

The first line has been cut and the second (white) attached to hackle which now holds the two layers of EVA.

Added a third layer of EVA (Red) to aid in lifting the tip of the other, as in most recipes Gurgler.

We glue the ends of the red EVA in chartreuse and chartreuse on white, taking care to make them up.
