I grew up fishing and represented my province and country at an early age in various aspects of the sport. After finishing school I completed my B.Com in Marketing from the University of Johannesburg, during which time I fished many of South Africa's premier freshwater and saltwater destinations. I then moved to the United Kingdom and worked for Farlows of Pall Mall, where I continued fishing many UK fisheries including the prestigious River Test. I also worked for Sportfish at their various fishing shows including The CLA Game Fair.
In 2006 I started guiding in the Seychelles and have been guiding full time ever since. My guiding resume know includes the notorious outer atolls of the Indian Ocean, namely Cosmoledo, Providence, Astove, Assumption, Farquhar and St Brandon's. I has spent a
