Located just ¼ mile from Rocky Mountain National Park and 3.5 miles from Grand Lake, Colorado, our lakefront rental homes and cabins are situated on a private 20-acre lake, where wildlife sightings are commonplace.

We have two different rental homes and cabins to choose from. Each of the houses has a private dock, with rowboats, paddleboats, and canoes for your personal use. The rental properties also include: fireplaces, decks, full kitchens, and nice appointments and decorations.
Grand Lake, Colorado is known for its summertime activities, including 4th of July festivities, but there are also fun things to do in the winter, fall, and spring. In fact, in the winter, Grand Lake is a favorite destination for snowmobilers, and in the fall, Rocky Mountain National Park draws visitors from far and wide who come to hear the elk bugling and witness the annual rut.
