The three Rivers carry a significant amount of water that allow our guests to navigate different stretches on drift boats to access every piece of water that holds fish, therefore we propose a minimum of 3 different fishing float trips, the upper Alumine river down to the house (4 miles), lower Chimehuin down to the house (9 miles) from the house down 4 miles on the upper Collon Cura, all these options are combined with wadding fishing so the anglers can get a full experience of fishing on these waters.
Species
Brown trout, Rainbow trout
Chrystal clear waters surrounded by willows and water Oaks provide the perfect habitat for trout, rainbow, and browns (the predominant species found); the average fish is 18 inches but it is not uncommon to catch browns over 20 inches.
Throughout the season there is a large variety of hatches, as well as terrestrials that provide the perfect conditions for sight fishing on dry flies, especially on side channels and pocket water.
Streamers fishing is considered a very effective way of catching fish especially in the head of the runs and riffles. Later in the season, the brown population of the lower Collon Cura and some lakes around the area migrate upstream to reach the spawning ground; during this process, there is a good chance of catching a lifetime record fish!
The house has 3 guest rooms with private bathrooms; all rooms are suitable for single, twin or double occupation.
Gourmet cuisine accompanied by an excellent choice of Argentine premium wines will be part of your experience at our house.
During summertime, guests will enjoy lunch or dinner outside overlooking at the Collon Cura Valley.
All-inclusive service – From mid-November to April (fishing season)

In my opinion to qualify a place must be a good balance of everything, and no dubt this is one of the kind! Knowing more than 20 different luxury lodges in whole Patagonia, I dare to say Tres Rios it is a petit personalized guest house with few friends who will really make a difference on your fishing out there in the river!
Amazing Lodge in one of the least pressured parts of the Chimehuin river.
Lucas Rodriguez, the owner of the lodge, is an experienced angler that will assure the best Fy fishing experience in Northern Patagonia. In only three hours of fishing I hooked more than 15 rainbows and 2 browns. The last one was a 26" strong brown, on a #5 weight rod with floating line on the last minutes of light (will never forget that fish). An interesting thing is that, being there you have the chance of fishing three different rivers (Chimehuin, Alumine and Collon Cura).
The lodge is very comfortable and well designed, with wide bed and bathrooms. All his staff is excellent. A special mention to the cheff!
